Listening to this episode truly brought me so much joy. And I’m a Pacers fan, didn’t care who won but it was really goddamn refreshing to listen to fans celebrate and discuss their team’s success and just be normal about it. The C’s earned it this year, but definitely the most boring team to win a finals since the Kawhi Raptors. Reminded me of the 2000s Spurs in that they were clearly the best team but just excruciatingly boring to watch. And I still think Duncan, manu, and Parker had more charisma than Brown and Tatum.
