When I was 10, I was watching the playoffs, bitter that the Chiefs didn't make it. At one point I had the horrible thought that I wished Elvis Grbac would just get a career-ending injury so we could get a good quarterback. In my memory, it was moments later when the news broke that Derrick Thomas had gotten into a serious car accident. So I guess what I did for Y2K was mentally murder Derrick Thomas with bad karma :(

i’m not a native yinzer, but I’ve lived in pgh for the last twenty years. Primanti’s is terrible. there’s no flavor because the cole slaw is vinegar based. garbage food that only tastes good after drinking too much. not a Steelers fan, but i had a blast during the post Super Bowl celebrations. i was a sophomore in college during the sixth SB victory and witnessed a couple of couches on fire, a dude take down and empty a parking meter, and saw a group of college bros flip a car in front of the cathedral of learning before the riot police came. i was fresh out of college during the seventh SB. i remember hearing the entire neighborhood go wild after the James Harrison pick six (aka the best play in SB history).
