The way it was described to us, OOB is a spreadsheet/org where you can choose a specific family to sponsor getting them out of Gaza. This is what we found that can directly funds for families leaving Gaza seeking shelter.

About the LiveNation monopoly thing - there is an app that is pretty much Patreon for artists called Grouped. They can post vlogs, songs, videos, demos, the artist can go live, and I think like 90% of the money goes straight to the artist
