Thanks for the response Jupet! I totes ship Nol and he probably didn't drug the juice. Especially, because he couldn't have predicted that Shin-Ae would need a taxi and he seems legitimately disgusted with the guy who is trying to "pickup" Shin when he gets out of the bathroom. However - Here are a few examples of what triggered this tinfoil. 1.) At the end of episode 2 (#3), Nol says that he can't wait for Shin-Ae to attend the Hirahara party, since the parties were starting to get boring. At this point, Nol knows nothing about Shin-Ae other than she rejected Dieter and threw soda at his jacket. 2.) Episode 5 (#6), Nol involves the bartender with pranking Shin-Ae's friends, in order to make the prank more convincing. This could be hinting that the taxi driver is involved with pranking her. 3.) Nol asks Shin if she took a drink of the juice, before he drinks the entire glass (even though he thought juice tasted bad). 4.) Shin says that the pact ends after she gets into the cab and Nol responds with "We'll see about that", but doesn't repeat him self when she asks him to. 5.) Nol gives Shin-Ae $50 without knowing where she is going. 6.) In episode 6 (#7), after Nol passes out Shin-Ae thinks, "He isn't pranking me is he?" 7.) In episode 7 (#8), the cab's fare is exactly $50. Shin-Ae also notes that the ride should not have cost $50. 8.) Shin-Ae notes that it was all a setup by Nol for her to be a Damsel in Distress.

Ms. Quimchee, I have a question that you may or may not be able to answer. My anticipation is killing me, so I am posting it here. I will probably bug you about it on the next livestream, but feel free to ignore it if you so choose.. I am rereading the series in hype for the return. During the Hirahara masquerade party at the very beginning, was Nol actually "pranking" Shin-Ae? Originally, I thought he was totally innocent. However, after seeing many theories that he is hiding a dark side, I am curious if he actually drugged himself to prank her (in revenge for Dieter or due to boredom). I thought maybe Sang-Chul tried drugging her. However, there are some details that do not seem add up.
