Hypnotherapy for Perfectionism
🕑 Added 2021-05-15 04:48:29 +0000 UTCDo you suffer from perfectionism? Do you put off starting something until the last minute because you put too much pressure on yourself and start to dread it? Do you overwork yourself trying to live up to an impossible ideal? Don't do that. Instead, relax to this exceptionally sleep inducing video and do not resist the kind and compassionate energy I'm about to fill you with. This is not a drill.
I've never ever met someone who doesn't expect too much of themselves in one way or another or doesn't beat themselves up for having perfectly understandable problems or weaknesses. I try not to dwell on that fact because it actually frightens me. As a result, compassion has become a big theme in my life as of late. And as someone who has lived their entire life in that position - amidst that toxic self-talk - it hurts my heart that so many perfectly wonderful people do this to themselves. What hurts the most is that it's absolutely unnecessary. Completely and utterly obsolete pain and suffering perpetuated for no other reason than to self-punish ourselves into improving. Has this ever worked for anyone? Not me. All it's done is robbed me of my life and happiness and peace of mind.
This video may be but a drop in the ocean of self-hate and self-criticism but it's the best I can do. I sincerely hope that this continuous reinforcement will eventually take hold in your brain and allow you to relax and take life a little easier. To be content being human. To know that there's nothing irreparably wrong with you and you're just as worthy as the next person. In other words - stop treating yourself like shit.
Why use many word when few word do trick? English is a wonderful language.
At long last, blessed sleep has found you once more. If you like writing sounds, soft speaking, whispering, counting or personal attention, you'll probably get some good Zoom tingles out of this, too. I'm very happy to be back in the business of making people go to sleep. It's been a long time coming and I would like to thank you for being patient while I've been settling into a new country. I have so many fun video ideas that I will be tackling this year. Cheers to many more tingles and many more sleeps from a new continent 🍹

I really loved the video! I kept falling asleep before managing to comment, but it was an amazing video/experience as always. It felt really touching and safe for me, and it was really pleasant all around. /I’ve been late on this, but I’ve been meaning to say congratulations on immigrating and settling in to you both. I can tell you're in my band. Me, waiting to the last minute to produce a song. Dreading the process, because I want to do it perfectly. I have 2 of V's songs in queue, and she is waiting for me to produce, but what do I do? Make it classical? Or do I strum the acoustic guitar? Make it electronic? Make it dark distortion? I have no idea. I must start and try something soon. After 9 albums, we might win a Grammy. I am getting better at musicianship and being a Producer with every new song. Thank You for the message, and the video. I'll watch this tonight.
