The energies of the dark moon are still present for 3 days after its climax and make an especially wonderful time for clearing away negative energy. In this atmospheric healing experience I've used the cleansing powers of fluorite, the grounding energy of jasper and the healing power of apatite to not just remove any negativity and toxicity from your mind and energy field, but also connect you to your nature so that future encounters with harmful energies will no longer leave you anxious and second-guessing yourself. By far the most damaging consequence of subliminal negativity is that it takes away our foundation of self-trust. We can become so preoccupied with other people's thoughts and opinions of us that we forget our truth. Without that stable foundation, we lose ourselves. Even if we don't know what other people are thinking and saying about us, deep inside we feel it and it can still affect us.
On the other hand, that 'knowing' I speak of is what is always present underneath the voices of self-doubt and confusion. I spent most of my life trying to grasp onto this knowing anytime I was lucky enough to be close enough to feel it. I did not understand then that what made me unable to hold on was the constant gaslighting and psychological torment I was exposed to - even worse, I became hyperattuned to other people's thoughts and opinions as a coping mechanism for it. Being hyperattuned to these things means that their voices are always louder in your head than your own. This is how they get you. This is how the toxic voices get inside your head and stay there. Make you doubt yourself and make you perpetually insecure. Make you an easy target to feed their own egos by putting you down.
More than anything, I want you to know you can fight back. I hope my intention for this video comes through to help you rediscover the truth buried underneath all these baseless thoughts. You'll know it when you feel it because it'll feel like the thing you didn't know you were missing. It'll feel natural and secure. This feeling will be your sword and shield against the manipulative energies of others.
The last and possibly most important part of the video - is opening your heart for self-expression, love and the experience of life. We close our hearts to shield us from attacks and it can be difficult to work through all the emotions to get to a point where you feel safe to open up again. But you don't necessarily have to make it to the safe feeling. The courageous feeling is as far as you have to go, for you have the self-trust to know you'll be able to handle whatever comes your way. Staying shut is only hurting you and giving them what they want - making you lay low and stay small to try and control the threat that your light and happiness poses to their sense of self and world view. I am in no way saying "love thy enemy", I'm saying don't give thy enemy power over your heart and your love.
Use this video as a reminder whenever you need it.
Other than that, I learned recently that y'all's favorite ASMR trigger is apparently hand movements! I didn't think they were such a big deal, but this video has lots of them, including face touching - and assorted nature sounds. Do the fast or slow movements tingle more for you? I'm genuinely curious.

My 2 favorite triggers - hand movements and energy healing/work. In general, I love the combination of ASMR and energy work, it’s incredibly relaxing. And yet we live in an interesting time, with such interesting things as the Internet, YouTube, ASMR.. We don't even know each other, but in the most difficult and depressing moments of my life, and just sleepless nights, it was you - your videos, who came to my aid, helping me to recover or just fall asleep. I already put my comment under your video on YT but yeah, hand movements relax me immediately and face touching can eventually put me right to sleep. I myself prefer the slow movements but if the fast movements are done well, whatever that means, I don't mind them. I'm really looking forward to the other videos you spoke of.
If ever there was a video made for where I am right now, THIS IS IT. You put to words all the things that I have been thinking the past few days. I'm at a point right now where I want to hide away from everybody because I can't deal with others' energy even one-on-one; and the few people I do feel comfortable with right now I want to avoid because I'm certain I'd be a vampire to them. 🙄
