I wrote this meditation to remind you of deep truths you have temporarily forgotten so that you may return to peace, aswell as return to a part of yourself who knows you are allowed to exist in your own right. in this increasingly stressful society, it is more important than ever to be aware of ones own soul. I hope this reassurance will enable you to live your life the way you intend.
