I cannot find "My Membership" anywhere. I see "Manage Memberships" under my profile icon in the far right top corner. But, the only options on the left column for me are "Home," "Posts," "Patrons," "Page," "Promote," and "Income." It's worth noting that I also have a Patron page Creator here in addition to a membership for supporting others. But, I have not started using it yet.

Thank you for this post. I can't understate how quick most people think hardware+software issues take to resolve. Critical failures are some of the most time consuming fixes. Good luck with your issues though! :)

No worries! I totally understand. Quick question though: I've been a supporter of Kurzgesagt for a while now, but was unaware of "rewards" (I just wanted to give because I love the channel). Have I been getting them and if so, where can I access them?

I can empathize. I had a hard drive fail just over a week ago. It was part of a RAID array so I was still able to get a full backup, but it’s taken this long to get new drives delivered, rebuild the array, and work around problems with crosstalk on the enclosure backplane.
