I think pretty much THE ONLY funny bits in movies/tv shows when a person does a rap is when they start doing it and you're like "Oh god not this..." and then they're immediately interrupted by another character or event. Like "Oh you got me I thought you were gonna torture me and I was gonna lose respect for you a little bit but you were just kidding"

Notable about this one that Austin didn’t have a Miss Kensington moral guide to steer him from his worst impulses, much as Meyers didn’t have Carrie Fisher to do the same for him

The concept of Austin Powers as a John le Carré-style bureaucrat spy trapped in the campiest of 60s spy flicks would be a far funnier movie than what we actually got 😔

Relistening to this and when Alice is discussing the party button at the end of the movie she flubs and says Bussy button before correcting herself. Felt odd that this wasn’t flagged up by Dev lol.
