I wanted to recommend the spoof french canadian spy movie IXE-13 (available for free on the National Film Board of Canada if you're canadian - or if you have à VPN). It has everything (yellow face, brown face, racism, midget wrestling, swearing, and it's a musical!!!!), but it is only available in french with french subtitles... :-( It's also available on YouTube with automatically generated subtiles, but YouTube can't recognise quebecois even if it's life depended on it...

MST3K has likely prepared me for at least four of the films in this season: Operation Kid Brother (aka OK Connery); Danger!! Death Ray (aka Il Raggio infernale); Secret Agent Super Dragon (aka New York chiama Superdrago); and possibly Danger: Diabolik (though it’s not truly Eurospy, it’s pretty adjacent in spirit).
