🕑 Added 2025-02-02 12:05:50 +0000 UTCAbout a year ago, when Dr (Now Baroness- that's Britain for you) Hillary Cass's 'Cass Report' first dropped, the three of us called our close friends on Trashfuture to discuss what the report was, what it emphatically wasn't, and what it would be used as regardless.
With Trump's second term kicking off with a flurry of anti-trans shit, with the UK's ban on puberty blockers for trans kids, and with Australia's flirtation with the idea, we felt it was appropriate to highlight the episode and the messages contained therein.
I know that things are the scariest that they've ever been, but if we're there for each other we can make it through this. We can fight back. Solidarity, community building, and action. The more people that these fucking nazis make untouchables, the more natural allies you have. Remember that there is only one enemy, it just affects us all in different ways.
