i built Ivy’s cottage interior (just the main room for now) and I will never have to wrestle a background into compliance again 😭😭😭 no more building perspective grids and trying to remember where everything is! ITS OFFICIAL. I took a Bunch of screenshots and I’m gonna do some drawings to see how it works! Stay tuned!

okay, wait... now I have a really important question: where is the kitchen? When the branch falls she says "at least it's not in my workshop or the kitchen," so now I'm so confused. I know that this view is about fireplace rug-ish. Bedroom is on the right, and the workshop is probably to our left based on what I know of the windows and doors. Chicken coop is out those left windows kinda, and the garden can be seen from the window seat. Does she just, like, bake bread in the fireplace, or...

Yes it is! I’ve just thrown in the basic building blocks and shapes, and I’ll draw all the cozy details over it, and hopefully it will make my backgrounds more consistent and thorough! Also that is an adorable idea! 🥺🤔✍️

Ah, thank you!! 🥰 and don’t worry! I love the vibe of the backgrounds I have had so far, but they take up so much time! So this is just a tool to build from, but it’s so harsh and bare! So I will use this to line up the shot, but then draw over the 3D background,keeping it all soft and cozy! 😎🌿🍂

Yay for convenience! Is this something that’s in 3D and you can move around in the sketch to different viewpoints? Also, I was literally just thinking of this comic and randomly decided I would love a sketch of Thistle taking a snoozle on Feldspars back lol.
