Mothership Interior Levels
🕑 Added 2023-05-01 03:52:09 +0000 UTCThe Mothership's interior boasts a massive sublevel, complete with multiple kitckens, bars, lounges, and bunking for a comfortable journey through across the planes. A series of portholes adorn the bow of the vessel, offering stellar views across the elaborately decorated prow. Intricate plumbing assisted by arcane enchantments support three fountains, supplying fresh water to the village aboard.
Protruding from the surface of the ship, the fortifications tower a staggering 9 levels above the main deck, with a number of residences and spires ranging from 3-6 floors in height. Several shopkeeps and an onboard inn with an attached tap house provide amenities to visiting interplanar merchants and mercenaries.

Including the top tail-deck and the sublevel, we're looking at a 10 floor, 100x50 map. This marks the most ambitious project I've attempted with this Patreon, hence why it's been spread across multiple posts and months. I hope you all enjoy the product of well over 100 hours of labor (not to mention some heavy processing on the part of my poor PC).
I have been considering releasing a separate post with some variant backgrounds, but given file size constraints and how taxing the export process was on my hardware for this monster, I may just leave it here and let enterprising patrons stack up the interior level PNG tokens on top of any of the previously provided background variants.

Hey Ben! Thanks for your kind words. I don't blame you there- this map is a real chonker. With that said, Roll20 did recently increase the file size limits from 5MB to 10MB for free users and to 20MB for paid users. No doubt that this would still take up a good bit of your cloud storage though. I will be getting my backlog up on Roll20, hopefully sooner rather than later. I've only got about half of my ships up there currently but the rest are coming. Truth be told I wasn't bothering with their marketplace for a while as it was getting overrun with AI spam, drowning out discoverability with low-effort content. But they've recently banned AI art for any new releases so it's once again worth my time to invest on there. Thanks for voicing your feedback and giving me the push to prioritize it.

This is absolutely gorgeous. But there is no way I can load that much memory to Roll20. Any chance for this to be offered on the Roll20 market? I would jump on that to get this ship into my Spelljammer campaign.

Hey Aaron, thanks so much! Yes, there will definitely be a gridless version. Sorry for the delay. We're looking at 10 levels total for this bad boy, and getting the last couple layers wrapped up has been taxing on my PC. Can't wait to get this out to all my patrons.
