mate you are the dogs testicles in every way, thank you for the reply , am currently half way through the HALO Sidekick after fixing my computer and also looking to do the HALO combat rifle to go with a full set of Master Chief Spartan armour, gonna take A WHILE but should be pretty cool when fully done

So, I did the first annealing, while seeing if I can use annealing to fuse two prints together, the fusing idea didn't work, so it's just going to be glued. I might put a screw into it to increase the bond of the two parts

awesome, thanks, I'm going to try and anneal some of the parts, mainly the inner stuff that move. and since they're glued together, I'll do a tiny bit a glue and anneal them together.

Hi Tomas :D the orange cap goes on the front of the barrel :D its a press fit but might need something like blue tack for a bit of extra adhesion :D yes, those parts in step 2 need to be glued together :D I split them apart to make it easier to print :D
