🕑 Added 2024-12-21 13:06:17 +0000 UTCHELLO EVERYONE!!!! It is done!!!!!! The m247 is complete!!!! woohoooo!! Man, this thing is glorious! It is so far beyond what I was expecting, and it's a bit mind blowing!!! But first the bad stuff!
At the start of the advanced modelling, I had to throw out the internals After measuring everything out and seeing the size of the printed parts and the strength needed, I knew I had to focus on the strength of the model and reducing the weight, I succeeded and the strength but not much on the weight hahaha I feel sorry for you cosplay guys, this thing is an absolute monster to carry!!! :D

Now I'm not completely done with the model just yet :D I still have to test print the shield attachment for the model. sadly for the first time ever! I ran out of filament! So I'll get that done as soon as the filament arrives :D Sorry for the wait :D

For those who want to know the numbers, on a p1p 3 walls 5% infill is 7.5 kg and 7.75 days...... man I wanna build this but dang that's alot lol

First pass on the slicer, with 5% gyroid infill, 5-6 walls and i end UP with 6 kilos. For a cosplay prop, number of wall matter more than infill, and gyroid is a really strong infill type
