Hey I just wanna say, I appreciate you a ton! I really like your story and you’ve guranteed I’ll never unsubscribe, because another popular writer ended a book and I had just subbed like 2 days before not knowing it was the end of the book, and they basically talked down to me telling me they announced they’d be on break for the entire month, ( but still kept Patreon up and charging) and it left a bad taste in my mouth, so seriously, you’re the best

I think a "X years later" type of epilogue would work well, giving us a glimpse of how Ian's brief star changed the world. However, the way to book ended is good too, so not having an epilogue is fine as well.

An epilogue should feature a secret meeting with Eury Germaine Ilianna Julia and the Dunai head to discuss Ian's effect on their lives and what they'll do when/if he returns home to them. A touch of romance might be interesting in my very biased opinion. The idea of Eury overcompensating for Ian's absence on his family members would be entertaining and cringe worthy
