Decision to rework the game

During this time I collected a lot of feedbacks and criticism about it.
Almost 95% of the players who played the game, are very critical of its gameplay. As you know, the game working on my own engine, but it is based on RPGM gameplay. I personally like this type of gameplay. I tried to correct the weak points that the players found, but this is still not enough.
I thought a lot about the translation of the game to the novel like gameplay.
And, in the end, I decided to change it. I do not want to switch to another engine, for example Ren'py. I do not want to lose the freedom that my own engine gives to me. I will do some rework with it and it will support "Novel" like gameplay.
I hope that those who comfortable with RPGM like gameplay will understand me.
Rework of the game will take some time. I think it's about 2 weeks for the engine. And about the same amount of time for the creation of new content. I will have to prepare some number of locations that in the RPGM gameplay looked like just a set of tiles.
Also i'm going to add some H-scenes to the game. It will not concern Monica or history itself. It will affect some of the characters that surround her. Guess i could say that this will be addition to the story with events that occurs behind the back of the Monica's life.
I will release the update by the parts so you do not have to wait long.
i plan to start develop the second episode immediately after completion of the update.
I hope that you will stay with me and thereby help to develop this awesome game!

P.S. The picture shows Fred awaiting for Monica at the clothing store. I'm working on the engine update and creating a new content for the update at the same time.

Ok, i made it. It's on 'C' key. If you press 'C' during dialogue, all text will be copied to the clipboard, but dialogue will go forward after it as if you press Enter.

As far as playing in different languages is concerned, I can only play it myself in English, mark the texts and have them translated by a program. So far, this worked very well, as you could mark in this game whole text passages and transferred via copy / paste in the translation program. I hope that will be possible with the new engine as well, because unfortunately this is not possible in some other Renpy games.

Thanks for appreciate words! The plot of the new game will be about the same, but there will be a lot of choices. So I think it's worth walk through it again. Nevertheless, do not think that I will release a rework of the Episode 1 all at once. There is a very large amount of work. I think the first episode will be released within 3-4 updates. But the hardest way is to release the first. The rest updates will be produced pretty quickly. I hope :)

There was a lot of problems with previous engine. I was lost a couple of times during that. But in general, I saw that as a freedom of action, in future you could have added sidequests and fill the world with life. But... I guess main quest more important and if you can't keep up with all the stuff it isn't worth continuing. Yet, I would also appreciate fixes in Monikas behavior at the beginning. She seems just a stupid bitch but then she has some insane ideas and good thinking sometimes. For me it is kinda weird, I thought either make her dumb or smart. For example quest of collecting 35 reports... Wtf was that? xD Like why the hell Queen would do that, moreover, to prove something to a hoe? I like Monikas look, she's beautiful, and I like how she got her punishment for her shitty behavior. I see this game being a pretty solid piece of art. I hope you continue creating it, even tho, renpy would probably make it a little weaker... Oh, and last thing. It was pretty long story, it took me few hours to finish it. If you will transfer everything to another engine can you make it so we can skip first episode if we don't want to play it again? Like menu to choose episode or something. Best of luck, my friend!
I like your games man. It's Definitely the work of arts i never see on RPGM style like before. It's your decision to rework but tbh i'm quite satisfied with your current EP1 it just one H-Scene on the car but still the way you put it into her how did the camera angle, position, uniforms, expression, on her it was trigger me greatly. Especially your choices of uniforms for her very well fit to her. She looks fantastic, maybe add more genre like harassment,drugs, 3P, DVP, DAP and i can't wait for that horse things(grin_). Though, still your going to rework the games is unnecessary but just put quite a lot on EP2 that should fix some unhappy part from EP1. Still your story quite touching you know when she going to sleep at basement. Damn.....that moment i remember her "Julia" is she idol Monica secretly? And if this rework done and how much change it be to EP2? Thanks keep up work hard and keep your healthy under control and have a nice day ^^v

Your game is awesome, truly, the girl is the cutiest and the bitchiest! The only thing that really bothered my was the continuous bumping with the pedestrians, but besides that i loved the game.

To be honest, I understand your decision, though I really like RPGM style way more than Novel-style. It gives you more freedom and space to explore things. Besides, we lose a very month for the release of EP2 0.1 🤓
