Eg: X~Po(1.0) 1-tailed test, H0: X=1.0 H1: X>1.0 2-tailed test, H0: X=1.0 H1: X≠1.0 hope this helps :)

Adveta Singh

1-tailed tests have H1 as "Greater or Lesser than" (X> or X<) and 2-tailed tests have H1 as a change- "Not equal to the H0 value" (not specified if > than or < than) my entire response is not visible for some reason but I've added an example below!

Maliha Mujahid

I think yes, when the alternative hypotheses is not equal to some value, it's a 2 tail test. It would be great if this could be 100% confirmed tho ;-;

Adetona Adegbite

Is it 2 tailed because it's not equal to instead of greater than or less than in the 3rd question

Adetona Adegbite

How do you know when to use a 2 tailed or 1 tailed test

Intuitive

It's probably just some meditation style study music. There's heaps on YouTube

Notredjive

Got it....would be a great help if its releases before the may exam series

Intuitive

Yes, I'll start after I've finished AS physics in maybe a couple weeks. I think I might need a break before I start though...

Notredjive

any timeline for the release of A2 physics?

Intuitive

I'll be making an update on everything on here soon as well though. Along with starting A2 physics.

Intuitive

Every single thing.
