In Questions 7 and 18 since the inequalities r given as “<“ and not “< or =“ shouldn’t the line and circle be drawn with dotted lines instead of a complete line?

As that is the distance between two complex numbers. Like I proved at the start of this video. Same concept but just for a set of complex numbers defining a circle and a line.
