Model Ideas
🕑 Added 2016-10-19 15:40:28 +0000 UTC Hi Guys,Just thought I'd ask you lot what you think of the next couple potential projects I want to do and what one do you think would be the best and most awesome one to start first.
My first idea is Chewbacca's Wookie Bowcaster, I've had a look at the design and its easier enough to do in terms of its geometry but its hard to find hi-res images for source material for certain parts but I think I've just got to look harder.
For the second idea, which I really want to do, is the Big Daddy Drill from Bioshock. And by that I mean I want it biggish, motorised and potentially have multiple rotating drill and counter rotating side heads. Obviously this would take time to sort out gearing and package space for motors and then what motors to use since I dont have any idea about electrics.
And the third would be whatever you think would be good that I probably havent thought of yet. I've had loads of people saying more fallout stuff like a NCR ranger helmet, T60 helmet and a full set of power armour and others want more Bioshock stuff and various other helmets and weapons.
If any of you have any suggests/comments I would love to hear them.

I've definitely been looking at the rebel pilot helmet as I think its more interesting in terms of its paint scheme.

I can happily do the suppressor if wanted as its a simple model, as for the radiation king radio front, if several people want it then I will do that as well. As for commissions, I do take them on but only very sparingly as I don't like taking too much time away from the models I want to do. What would you be looking at getting done?

Anything fallout is great. I was thinking maybe something like the the face plate to the radiation king radio. I would also like to see the suppressor for the 10mm done. I also was wondering if you do commission cad work. I might like you to do a prop or to from fallout that I would like in my collection. Let me know. Keep up the great work, you are a true artist with this cad stuff.

Now I remember! Doom Praetor Suit/Armor! I've started seeing some helms hit the sites but none are at your level of skill. :)

Thinking about it, some skyrim arms and armour would be great. There just isn't enough out there!

That probably was me. I hadn't seen this post about ideas so i figured I should ask here. If you look thru my photos, you can see a version of the knife i printed from files on grabcad, but the model was really lacking details.

I do want to do the T60 as it would be the last power armour helmet to do, then I would have done the whole set of them.

Have you asked for the knife via social media or is it just coincidence that someone else has asked for the same knife?. I will have a look into it as I really like the weapon design from wolfenstein.

Any chance for a detail Wolfenstein: New Order Knife? Looking at the art book pic of it, it looks like the eagle/claw part was supposed to slide out and down, and i think it'd be a really cool, fairly quick print...

NCR helmet sound good mate! Could you also do a tutorial about printing parts. Currently I just stick to models flagged as easy print because of it.

Arg! I've had many ideas I thought about tossing your way in the past but am drawing a complete blank right now. I'll post them up when/if they pop back into my head.
