I also recently stopped smoking for similar reasons. I smoked at night whenever I was sad or needed to go to bed- I liked the fact that it helped a lot with my insomnia and nightmares. Now I am on a journey of taking magnesium and CBD droplets to try and help and it has been very interesting π
