🕑 Added 2019-07-29 17:14:56 +0000 UTCAfter 4 days in bed, I've managed to go outside and go for a walk! I May still have coughed my way through it but it was still worth it! The photo was taken a 2 minute dander from my parents house. I managed to walk to where my Grand mother was laid to rest and have a good moment of reflection. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for your lovely messages over the past while - they really do mean the world! Thank you for sharing your stories with me and allowing me to feel less alone. Also thank you for all the health tips for my cough! I've been putting a lot of them to the test aha

Sunshine and fresh air work wonders. Tea with garlic, lemon, and raw honey multiple times a day works well. The key is to keep your body flooded with good stuff all day. Don't just eat healthy for one meal. Use the rainbow. Multiple colors for fruits and vegetables. If you're having a dish with onions, use several different ones. Red, white, yellow, etc.. Look at it like a military campaign. Give your body the fuel/ammunition it needs to keep fighting and win. Losing a loved one is always challenging. My father died in my arms as I was going to take him to the hospital a few years ago. As great as the pain may be, it can only exist if there was great love. Everyone here is pulling for you. That celebrity stuff is cool, but you're a person to us.
