That cough is terrible, that video of you at the end coughing with eyes streaming is heartbreaking, and we are so glad you are on the mend. But, Robert above has hit the nail on the head. Despite any pressures you feel, external or self-driven, you need to be healthy to create and perform. So you must allow yourself to get better, our dear young friend.
