I definitely have to keep a structure and schedule for myself too. If not my brain starts getting all out of whack and I focus on things that aren’t important or my emotions get all crazy. It is a difficult and wild time right now though. My job is keeping me on and people are all in a frenzy. I do everything I can to be safe and just hope that everyone else is doing it to. I’m glad to see that your ok and safe and I’m very happy that you are continuing with your stage it’s because it gives people something fun to distract themselves from reality for alittle while!!! Twitch streams, and other scheduled online interactions are helping keep me grounded. I live at home with my parents, so I get to see them and talk with them which is good. I'd suggest you make a plan to call home or skype or whatever with your own family and friends on a regular basis.
