It is; and it's a pretty odd thing to wear to a BDSM session as it'll just get mangled, soaked with bodily fluids, and quite possibly ruined (QED). Even if Ellie wasn't planning on going home tonight, it's not like she won't need to change tomorrow morning, right? This makes her getup a Chekhov's gun, and I suspect there are meta reasons at play. Such as, for example, being able to conveniently draw her on the sybian without censorship tags plastered all over. Not to be rude, but in panel 3 Meg uses "You're," (contraction of "You" and "are") when it should be "your," (possessive.) "Your face..." Instead of "You are face..."
