Thank you for clarifying! I was confused about the multiple versions of pages 58 & 59 as well, although I was aware of the nonsense with Patreon (lost track of what page was what in the intervening time). But yes, the "correct" page 58 that leads to this one is on the DB you mentioned.

To be fair, the double-spread has a continuity error. Meg goes from Ellie's lap, to a separate chair, then back to her lap. This works better.

For prepping my wallet for the future, are you planning on another physical release for the newer chapters? The length of each chapter has increased so im wondering if you're going to reduce the chapters per volume to keep page length equitable

The double page spread was scrapped. A new page 58 was uploaded but was then taken down due to not meeting Patreon's guidelines on glorifying non-consensual sexual acts. AFAIK, the author was appealing the decision but so far, there has been no updates. You can however find a dropbox link to page 58 somewhere here.
