This is pretty shit. How in the mud are you? I’ve got spare unused iPhone or two I’m happy to drop off somewhere for you to collect - if old phone stuff was backed up in cloud you can get everything back to normal

HI lovely, really sorry to hear that. I had a similar issue a few weeks back (drunk). It gave me loads of anxiety at the time. Make sure you change all your account and cloud passwords. You may need a new sim for that, but I got one for free from service provider. Get a cheap phone for now just to get it sorted. I'm sure anything on the phone will just be wiped and sold, if it gets in wrong hands, so don't worry about that. Do you have any 'find my device' apps. I have an android, so happy to help if you have any more questions. Please don't beat yourself up though. It happens.
