I listen to a podcast called "Castle Super Beast" it's about 3 hours (sometimes more) every week of 2 Canadian guys talking about their weeks + videogame, movie, anime news. You could take that kind of concept and streamline the conversation to an hour on fantasy. Either talking about favourite films in detail or news on upcoming stuff you're excited about, possibly a mixture. Plus talking about upcoming shows/films isn't a bad way to attract sponsors
