🕑 Added 2024-01-02 14:55:58 +0000 UTCI’m determined to lose weight this year…so I’ll be back documenting my work outs and lumbering sessions. I’m also going to attempt to cut out fizzy drinks and smoking…oh! Also doing a sort of dry Jan, it’s more of a “moist” Jan. Sounds boring but I will still be drinking (just not in the week) so I’ll still be here to spam some drunks content 🫶🏻

Not drinking during the week is the best idea, keeps you sharp and ready to go Monday Friday and man does that Friday pint taste beautiful.
