Had been a helper once, or at least had tried to be... All I had gotten in return was 3 years of emotional abuse at a time in my life where I could have needed some help myself. I didn't even know about emotional abuse or narcissism at that time... Ugh, good times, good times!... Hard to trust myself or others ever since then... And then I have to witness the abuse of about half a nation by a malignant narcissist... And instead of helping, enlightening and trying to understand the abusees, the other half mocks, antagonizes and corners them, trapping them with their abuser, radicalizing them... Ugh, bad times, bad times... Thank You, Tex, for giving the right kind of advice in these times!
