Thanks for the answer Tex, I get what you mean. I have a situation where we use an LLC for a racecar. We get a 1099 from the sanctioning bodies for prize money. It is a hobby that really is a money loser but the tax man wants his cut of that "income." Kind of annoying and some extra bookkeeping but not that bad for people with a small side business/hobby. Your Patreon is my favorite to support because of these weekly posts. The simple update of where things are at goes a long way. The Q&A and rambling thoughts at the end are a nice bonus.

Thanks for the update Mister Tex! Q: Do you think a US Rifle Caliber 30 M1 can be converted to run 5.56? IIRC they were originally supposed to run a smaller cartridge until the Army noticed they had all the spare 30-06 sitting around. Granted I am basically describing a less capable Mini 14 but I would imagine it would make a Garand cheap to run, higher capacity, more comfortable to shoot and 5.56 out of a 24 inch barrel is going to zoom.
