So, uh, 372 gigabytes for the uh Warhammer. Minus the commercials. For you A/V Nerds out there, this will be our first one in DCI Format. This production is a meme in itself as of now: We are now making a better documentary than many large productions with less people and far less money.
My ask is this, I'm Autistic so I'm pulling the card - Please be patient. There, I played it.
Give me a few days. This is accidentally the biggest thing we ever did, the most complex, and we're using 52 gigs of memory without the main project running.
We're on day 3 of very diminished sleep and still looking at what we want to achieve. We work very hard, and this is not just catch up, this is us being that excited at the final stages. All the hard work is suddenly very "real" very soon. You know what I mean if you work wood, or steel. It just "pops". Right now I'm seeing where some extra shine would be worth it. Also this thing is bigger than anything we've ever made. Not in running time. In 4k, Theater quality, produced product. In terms of care, shine, and complexity, it is that big.
It's bonkers.
Guys, we accidentally walked into big time production. I'll keep you appraised. if none of the above makes sense, ask your A/V Friends and they'll go "BUT WHY. WHY IN THE FUCK" Trust us. Trust us. It'll be great.
as far as it goes, I'm exhausted but smiling. You'll see why soon. Plus more people can watch on the week-end anyways.

Sweet Jesus that thing is huge. Massive well done to you and the team, Tex! So after listening to the last audio update and hearing you say you plan to do Tex Talks History, are you planning on the same scope as TTB for length and quality of videos, or is the plan to move to smaller, more manageable chunks for you and the crew to produce? Good luck with the new job, and hope you get the chance at some well earned rest after this. You all definitely deserve it.

ADDENDUM: Tex, if you see this, I mentioned the video, the size, and the sheer number of man hours that went into making it, as well as that it is a charity project. I was met with confused stares. You got confused stares out of Audio production people, that work in an ACTUAL studio and production setting. Congratulations!
