Muted or Unmuted?
🕑 Added 2023-12-10 21:38:00 +0000 UTCHey, I've been in doubt about something for a while. Most Twine games don't have sound, so I've set all videos to be muted. However, there are some videos with good audio that could enhance the scene.
Ex : in the movie theater scene with Luna, you can hear the movie and people's sounds, or in the bus scene with Oliver, you can hear the bus moving.
Pros:
- Enabling sound can enhance immersion in the story and set the scene.
Cons:
- Achieving the right volume for the sound can be challenging; it might be too loud and give you a jumpscare.
- Since most Twine games don't have sound, players may not be accustomed to it.
So, should I keep these videos muted to maintain consistency, or should I enable sound?

I believe that it's possible. I'm going to make some testing before making this change. Thanks for the idea

Maybe there could be an option you can pick that defaults all videos to muted or unmuted. I personally prefer to keep them muted or so low it's hard to hear them.
