hi my loves! this is an article I wrote for the NEDA (National Eating Disorders Association) back in 2018. I used to struggle with an eating disorder and I wrote some tips for becoming more confident because that's what they asked me for. I've always wanted to be able to do good with my work, and this is one of those things that I did as a part of striving to do good.
