The Second Richest Man in U.S. History Gave All His Money Away
🕑 Added 2024-04-18 18:48:46 +0000 UTCWe filmed two videos in the Pittsburgh area. The first was the Mason-Dixon line video. This was the second. That said, I also filmed stuff in Lawrence, as there is a Carnegie Library just a couple miles from where I live. I think Carnegie's story is more relevant than ever. A shout out to all the billionaires who are donating all their wealth.
Your donations made the trip to Pittsburgh possible. When I don't get sponsorships, I do freak out a little bit as ad revenue for YouTube is wildly up and down. Your patronage greatly reduces that anxiety and gives me a little cushion. So thank you for your continued support on here.
I gave many of you a shout out at the end of this video!

What a guy! That's so cool! He seems like an amazing human being. Thanks to Andrew for all the libraries. Very interesting video Mr. Beat. Much appreciated.

Oh man, thank you for the education. You did all the work for me... I've heard the argument it should be illegal to be a billionaire and I pretty much agree. But I have no dissent against altruism... I hope to get back in the altruistic donation gig again but my particular industry is still mucked up. Wish I could say when but no one has that crystal ball. Not today but someday.
