I don't know if there at the end you got confused or just switched stuff without realizing, but Ksaver is an eldian that pretended to be marleyan, and then married a marleyan, not the other way around. As for the euthanization plan, there's no murdering involved, the plan is to make eldians' bodies infertile for reproduction, with the unlocked power of the founder.
Personally I would prefer that you jump right into part 2 and then do the tierlist for part 1 and 2 but you do what you think is better. All love and support

We learn in this episode from Tom Ksaver that the founding Titan has the ability to change the anatomy of the subjects of Ymir evident from how the founding Titan once saved the eldians from a pandemic by altering their body in some way. So Zeke's plan is to use that ability to alter the eldians so that they can't bear children and hence they die out and no more Titans can be made. He needs eren's help because he cannot do it alone due to the vow renouncing war for a royal blood. So eren can do it instead using the founding and Zeke's help. That's the euthanization plan.
