I have a suggestion, though it might be a bit late in development, here it goes though: Make it so that the player can capture some enemy types and then train them as certain classes. For example; training Ratkin as cursed or hidden classes and spiders, slimes, bats, etc. each having one or two unique classes.

You can't yet, sorry. As mentioned, it's experimental, and not all UI actions are possible yet.
