Character Life Event - Sutton and Charlotte are officially married

“Charlotte, I – god,” Sutton’s guttural groan was so muffled as it reached Charlotte’s ears, as those perfect, long thighs wrapped around her head so tightly.
This was exactly what she wanted, what she needed, to even attempt to sate this hunger inside of her.
“I’m goin – ah – again,” Sutton’s voice was reedy, a devastatingly sexy cross between needy and demanding, and it was everything.
She circled her tongue over Sutton’s clit faster, harder, working to push Sutton over that edge and into her next orgasm. Charlotte didn’t remember what number this was today; it didn’t matter. It couldn’t possibly be enough.
Sutton’s thigh that was pressed hard into her cheek started trembling in that tell-tale sign, and one of Sutton’s hands that had been clawed into Charlotte’s hair let go.

The evening sky streamed through the large windows in the cabin they’d rented, and the pink and orange hues of the setting sun washed over Sutton. Casting her in a glow like the real-life goddess she was.
Her long, red hair was strewn over the stark white pillow as she wore literally nothing save for a delectable little smile on those lips.
And…
Charlotte’s gaze fell, as it was so wont to do in the last twenty-four hours, to the rings on Sutton’s finger.
The engagement ring embedded with the sapphire and small diamonds wasn’t new, of course; Charlotte had been lucky enough to put that on Sutton’s finger almost a year ago, and it had been a constant ever since.
But the little band next to it… that was new, and Charlotte felt that it made all the difference. Even though it was thin and plain – far less descript than the engagement ring – it made Charlotte’s heart thud heavily and happily in her chest, even more than the engagement ring did.
“I think for the first time ever in our relationship, I am laid out, naked, beneath you, and your attention doesn’t seem to be on my body,” Sutton commented, her tone languid and amused.
And very, very knowing.
Slowly, Charlotte returned her attention back to Sutton, arching a teasing eyebrow. “Yes, darling. I’m a little preoccupied, actually.”
Sutton pushed herself up to sit, wiggling up the bed a bit so she could relax against the headboard. “Preoccupied by…?”
Her adorable, cheeky wife slowly lifted her left hand and tapped on her chin with her fingers in faux-thought.
Charlotte crawled up Sutton’s body, slotting her thighs on the outside of Sutton’s, as she settled down in her lap.
“By the fact that you are a married woman. Not something I would typically find so… arousing,” she murmured, sliding her hands up over Sutton’s shoulders and across the soft planes of her upper-back.
Quickly, though, Sutton reached up and gently grabbed Charlotte’s left wrist, tugging to hold her hand up as well. Where Charlotte’s own engagement ring and wedding band sat nestled on her finger.
Even though she’d only been wearing the band for a day, now, it felt like a part of her.
Honestly, she’d never expected that she’d ever be the type of person to want to wear an engagement or wedding ring.
Well, prior to Sutton, Charlotte hadn’t ever envisioned herself getting married.
But, even after being with Sutton, Charlotte hadn’t thought… she didn’t know.
After she’d come out and she and Sutton had gone public with their relationship, they’d never gone back in any definition of the word. They never “laid low” in public or hid their relationship. Charlotte was proud to be with Sutton. She was proud to hold Sutton’s hand when they walked down the street. Proud to mention Sutton in interviews. Proud to put a photo of them in her office. Proud to have Sutton at her side at events.
She’d just never been the woman that dreamed of getting married, even though she’d been more than ready and wanting to take this next step with Sutton.
So, the fact that she felt… empty? Vulnerable? Whenever she didn’t have on her engagement ring in the last year was a foreign experience.
“It appears that you’re a married woman, as well,” Sutton’s voice was so soft, so reverent and amazed, as she lightly traced her finger over Charlotte’s rings.
“Indeed, I am,” Charlotte breathed back, flooded with a warmth she hadn’t quite gotten used to yet, but it made her feel like she was flying.
Returning her gaze to Sutton’s, Charlotte used her right hand to scratch up Sutton’s neck and into her hair. “I simply never imagined it. I certainly didn’t think it would be like this.”
Sutton leaned her head back, those blue eyes laughing up into Charlotte’s. “So… the first time we ever had sex, you didn’t imagine that four years later, we’d be married?”
Charlotte’s mouth fell open in a surprised laugh. “Don’t be a brat.”
Undeterred, Sutton’s smile grew. “Do you recall that you believed that if you didn’t let me touch you, you’d still feel satisfied from our night together?”
Pursing her lips, Charlotte huffed out a breath. “Yes, because I was trying to be a gentlewoman, darling. And I was satisfied.”
It didn’t matter how much time had gone by, how many times they’d had sex since then; Charlotte would never forget the first time. The first time she’d made Sutton come – first two times, thank you very much – the first time she’d seen Sutton naked and splayed out for Charlotte like a full-course meal.
“I don’t need to come to be satisfied,” she informed Sutton, smartly and truthfully. “The best form of satisfaction is watching, hearing, and feeling you.”
“Mm, I see,” Sutton breathed, her tone low and rasping and the sheer sound of it made Charlotte shiver.
And that was before she even realized what Sutton was doing.
Sutton’s free hand, the one that wasn’t holding onto Charlotte’s, had been warmly stroking up and down her thigh, the touch simple and familiar and comforting.
In an instant, she’d slid that hand between them, stroking her fingers up the inside of Charlotte’s thigh instead. She pressed three of her long, perfect fingers against Charlotte, where she was still soaked. Where the burning, clenching need she’d worked up while eating Sutton out had been left, untouched and unsated.

To do anything to ensure that Sutton would keep using it, that she would fuck Charlotte and make her come so hard, in the way that only Sutton could do for her.
“God, darling,” she panted, rolling her hips down against Sutton’s hand, uncontrollably.
She wanted Sutton inside of her, desperately. Wanted to feel so full, with Sutton’s fingers so deep inside, before she came. And Charlotte knew she was going to come far too quickly this time.
But Sutton didn’t curl her fingers and push inside of Charlotte, even though she most definitely knew that was what Charlotte needed.
“Sutton, come on,” Charlotte breathed, and her pleading tone was obvious to her own ears.
She didn’t care. If she couldn’t plead, openly and wantonly, to her wife, then… what was the point?
“I’ll make you come, love,” Sutton assured her, rubbing her palm roughly – perfectly – against Charlotte’s clit.
Her eyes clamped shut as her mouth fell open and she worked herself down against Sutton.
Who used her own free hand to grip Charlotte’s hip, stilling her.
“I just need you to admit to me that you aren’t fully satisfied, right now,” Sutton said, her voice dipping to that low, rasping place that made Charlotte shudder.
Still, Charlotte shook her head. “I’m – I just – I’m not…”
“You’re not,” Sutton echoed.
With that, she angled her fingers and pressed her fingertips inside of Charlotte. Who cried out, the pressure of Sutton slowly filling her was so fucking perfect, she could cry. This was – everything.
She nodded, unable to form words as Sutton finally, finally, slid all of the way inside of her.
Charlotte rolled her hips as Sutton pulled out slowly, then quickly thrust back inside of her, working in a perfect rhythm. A perfect, well-practiced rhythm, familiar to them both, and she could barely breathe with it, but it didn’t matter.
Nothing else mattered but this. But Sutton and her and, “Darling,” she moaned, only realizing she was repeating it after she’d said it multiple times.
But she was so close, so close. She could feel herself clenching at Sutton’s fingers so hard, desperate to keep her inside.
And finally, Sutton used her thumb to stroke Charlotte’s clit exactly the way she needed, and Charlotte was pushed right into her orgasm.

“I thought the whole thing about being married is that it makes sex with your partner less fun and exciting,” Charlotte breathed, when she was finally able to manage… words.
Sutton chuckled against her shoulder, before planting a kiss there. “I think that belief probably stems more from people who have been married for more than a single day.”
Charlotte shook her head, gathering enough strength to sit up enough to look Sutton in the eye. “I think anyone who believes that simply doesn’t desire their partner the way I desire you. No matter how many days, weeks, months, years we’ve been together, I want you just as much as I did that first time.”
Even more, actually. Because now they were so comfortable with one another, they could say anything, express any desire.
Sutton’s smile was sweet and glowing and brilliant, as she searched Charlotte’s gaze. “I feel the very same, Mrs. Thompson.”
Hearing that sent a flutter spiraling through Charlotte, something giddy and enthralled. “Good, Mrs. Thompson,” she returned, and relished in the fact that Sutton had taken her name. It wouldn’t have mattered to her, really, if Sutton had kept her own name but fuck if it didn’t thrill her, just the same. “Because we now are bound together for a lifetime.”
“If day one is anything to judge by, I can’t imagine ever feeling happier about that decision.”
“Oh, I’ll make you even happier,” Charlotte assured. “I do my best work on a long-term timeline.”
