Alright, so I thought this was hilarious, but this is absolutely getting in the game. I've always loved the "slow start, huge potential"-type characters from games like Fire Emblem, and I figured I'd use the Knave as my starting base for determining power budget for the classes. Nearly every OSR game has an option for this type of "classless" adventurer, and the name is an homage to Ben Milton's "Knave" TTRPG.

There is an attempt at this in the DMs Guild where they turned most features into feats... it was overly busted but always thought it was an interestign idea.
