His music is a hybrid form of classic soul, rb, rock n roll, psychedelic funk but recontextualized with a modern sound. Great suggestion! Adore is a beautiful song! As a die hard Prince fan what I love most about him is the fact that he wrote, produced and orchestrated all of his songs (and many hits for other artists). He’s a phenomenally talented self taught musician and has his own distinct sound of which you can hear influences in many artists that came after him (such as Miguel, Ro James, etc.). They should check out his Wiki page for a little background on him. He was a very interesting character and I get how his personality and music may not be everyone’s cup of tea but his talent is undeniable. I wish he was still with us.
