Technical issues with Patreon & their partners.
🕑 Added 2023-08-06 19:45:39 +0000 UTCSUP MY PATREON CREW? So I received this email about this annoying issue. From my understanding, Patreon seems to have come across an issue with certain companies that they work with for payment methods for Patreon memberships (like PayPal, etc.), so that explains why some of y'all might have come across an issue with your membership. It's annoying because I'm not able to do anything except to wait with y'all until they resolve this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience, and I hope this gets straightened out ASAP. Just wanted to share this with y'all to keep y'all updated. Much love!

I’m sorry. But Patreon acknowledged it’s a problem with them and their partners yet they want us to contact our bank or authorize another payment method? That’s not cool. Why the hell should the customer take extra steps so Patreon can collect money from us? That’s not even logical. At all.

That’s an annoying issue. Hasn’t happened to me but I feel sorry for the ones it’s affected like you and other members of the Patreon crew
