I know I'm a day or 2 late but a white sauce and a roux are the same thing and the ingredients are; margarine/butter, flour and milk. That is all. It's heated on a low heat with the marg and the flour until combined then you add the milk (always more than you think) and you keep stirring and don't stop until you have the consistency that you want. Simple easy and a hell of a lot cheeper than buying it from the shops and if you want a parsley sauce just add chopped parsley and bam there you have it same for a cheese sauce just add more cheese than you think and then you have it.
Can you wire me van up please as spaghetti is not my favourite...... .😂 and if peter pipe picked a pick of pickled peppers how many pickled peppers did peter piper pick😂
