A Night to Remember - Broken Up: Ep.6
🕑 Added 2024-10-23 17:01:02 +0000 UTCI head to the forest I'd sacked off the night before having found a better park up, to use it more of a day spot to set the hammock up and keep cool on one of the warmest days so far.
From there I carry on west and serendipitously find myself chasing a waterfall spotted up a mountain off in the distance.
As we lose the light I get there and was not disappointed finding remains of on attraction or facility up there too, plus this place delivered a place to park up for the night.
Not really by choice but more by storm.

Cracking series CJ. Your humility shines through. You are always sure to have a little mickey take of yourself, set against the deep thinker you clearly are. It's a good mix. Great storytelling, as always. My favourite YouTuber, and my only Patreom Subscription. Authenticity wins for me. Look after yourself and Lance mate 🙏

My favourite way to travel 💜see something unusual or unexpected and follow your nose. I do miss fulltime travelling (age and health) but at least I did it for 20 years. Do miss a good thunderstorm - don’t seem to get them where I live in Scotland. In Queensland, Australia 🪃 we used to get beauties - nature is awe-inspiring probably because it’s out of our control. My home got hit once, or rather the underground telephone line did - made a mess of the area around phone. Know what you mean by needing the right partner - a couple of folk I know haven’t looked at the whole picture and have not been able to fulfill their full potential. The guys on True Blue Travellers and One.life.truck.it are examples of the wise (lucky?) ones. So GOOD to see you really getting back into the swing of videography again. Thinking of Marie & Ash at this time. Vale Bob 💙💙

I realised just before you said, I've never experienced thunder and lightning without the delay. When I looked up how close that means the lightning was, I hope I never do. I'd have jumped out of my skin as well 😳 Glad you're both safe.

Hi CJ, you absolutely smashed the drone shots of the waterfall, it might play you up now an again but you still get great footage. One of the best videos of the series so far but they've all be good. Very must looking forward to the next episode. May Bolski rest in peace in doggy heaven where the fields to run in are open and free and there's a never ending supply of meaty bones to chew on.

Cracking as always….. your a natural story teller, I reckon you should do jackanory , bit like Jeffery from Rainbow , lol . On a separate not, your route, is it planned or you just following your nose and seeing where it takes you?

Fantastic video, so happy to be following you again, missed your content loads when you left YouTube... BTW rubber tyres don't protect you during a storm, its the metal box that surrounds you that keeps you safe...
