HA HA I do this all the time! Someone says something, it sparks a memory in my head and I tell a long story, get to the end (or close to an ending) and say "Okay, I don't remember why I was telling this, but it had something to do with what you said."
Truth! And while I'm probably frustrating others with too many butterflies to share, I like my mind, lol
