Why can't we just talk about games?
🕑 Added 2014-08-28 16:16:59 +0000 UTC This is a question I see asked a lot, and have seen asked a lot over the past week. It's an attitude that aggravates me, but here's a video where I try and explain why the answer to that question is really simple. Still didn't feel up to recording an update video, but will see how I feel tomorrow. Heavy life stuff going on at the moment unfortunately, and it's a bit of a struggle. Worst case scenario: I switch the Patreon off for a month or two. We'll see. Anyway, have a nice evening! Matt x

I have become a sponger because of this. I've grown increasingly more tired of engaging in discussion with the gaming community at large because of my opinions over equality and inclusion. I genuinely want to see good things come from this medium because I love it. There is so much potential to be a universal medium as input and agency know no linguistic boundaries. But I often feel defeated by the very community I want to feel part of. Take my money, and be lovely. We need more of it.
