Nice update Matt, much respect for keeping your work together in the circumstances. I'm sure I'm not alone in being happy with a bit less content if it means you can enjoy some quality time with the other half. @De, taking the piss (in the literal sense) means to insult someone. So in this context I think Matts saying that to take money from elsewhere while not putting out Patreon content would be unfair to the people giving him money (I wouldn't mind personally but I can see where he's coming from).
