Yes, it could be that your payment for an existing membership is processed. After that is finished you can top up with the new plan. Processing is normally around 2-3 days in beginning of the month. Sorry for the inconvenience
Perhaps it's an issue on my end, but when I try to choose this plan I just get the message: "The payment is currently being processed. Please wait for a while."
