An Artists Perspective: Family Affair

Here are some insights from our Artist who created "Family Affair". We hope you enjoy :)
"With this story i aimed for two things: First, I wanted to create a story that is reminiscent of European art movies. I love the social context and conflicts that are featured in these family dramas. Including sexual tensions, especially in French and Spanish Cinema."
"Second: I was ready for a family vacation. I wanted to create scenes of family intimacy, of a warm and loving environment."
"Not having a family of my own, i immersed myself in the subtle day to day scenes of family life. My parents got divorced when i was young and i was living on my own with my mother after that. So i also used the story to reflect on some of the sexual tension that was building between us two back in the days"
"To cuddle up as a family. Warm loving affection without bounds. That was the inspiration for the first big scene. I felt i wanted to portrait a skin to skin body feel i remember from my mother that used to sleep naked. To include the father figure was just elevating the intimacy for me here. On the technical side, it is always hard to light night scenes. So i decided to use a strong ray of light coming from the blinds to make the look of the scene more interesting. One of the hardest things in these scenes is to handle the blankets and pillows that need to collide naturally with the characters. There are different technologies and assets out there, but i really wanted to morph the bed and bedcloth realistically to emphasize the warmth and closeness. So i used morphing pillows and physics simulation here."
"The central conflict of Family Affair will be revealed in the next part. It grew from community feedback and i think many of the fans will like it. I dont want to say too much, but that conflict really opened up the story for me"
"I also used a new generation of 3D Models of the Mother that looks more natural and realistic in my opinion. Specially the skin quality is top notch. I could also not resist to use the likeness of an actress to really get a Hollywood feel."

Haven't read the comic yet, for certain reasons most likely will not be one of my best, but I want to say that this new idea - certain dialogue between artists and community is wonderful. It will engage community further. Enjoyed this one, so I "vote" for more :) Also let me say thank you to the artist for sharing technical details of his work. I'm using Daz myself so I can feel what he/she is saying.

Hi there, thanks for your valuable feedback and month long support. We think it is great to have so many different styles of SS on pixiv and we feel confident all the described things are already available in many different shapes and sizes. We forward community feedback but also accept the artistic vision of our artists. The reason artists share their work through shotastic is that they get burned out by the many difference wishes and feedbacks of the community. We can understand that everybody has their own style of kink and want to see it realized. Yet, this can limit an artists scope and vision. Shotastic tries to mediate between community and artists and hopefully make everyone happy in the end. But, we grow with the community and already realized a lot of feedback and this is true for yours too. even it can be slow at times

Hello,Shotastic this work is fantastic, talented and unique, a family affair always to be my favor,i think you prefer go for natural looks (specially breasts, but i prefer also busty curvy mom in a natural way too ^^, the family story somehow give you a personal fantasy but i prefer to see a lot of action between the three,totally naked, rather than soft actions, adding fetishes will spice it up, like (kinky actions,armpits,armpits hair,different cum shots styles etc), showing how lucking their son to join themis the biggest turn on ever! i hope you like my idea ^^ thanks!

If that happened in High tide, followed by some pussy filler, I can die in peace. Your work is so exceptional, we always want more π For me the presence of the father is not appreciated in the act. Sleeping next to it ok, touching at the same time, not a big fan. It also shows that a brush is nothing without a skilled artist. Just stick with the Software and feel free to hand in some works. Maybe they will be featured in Shotastic one day
In this story they captured very well the feelings and emotions of the family, I love how they handled eroticism, they captured the family warmth very well, even for me it is possible to imagine the sounds and smells. And about the quality of the images I just have to say that it is wonderful. I once downloaded and used the free version of Daz Studio and I know how difficult it is to manage clothes and lights, that's why the detail of his pics is fabulous.

Yes! Shotastic is all about filling this gap. We learned in the last half year that people search all the different things in porn and that there is never a right and wrong in what people expect from their fantasy experience. We are just happy to satisfy fans like you, providing a niche that is not easy to be found. Thanks for the feedback!

I really like it when emphasis is placed on giving the characters a "realistic" depth. This makes the sexual part (at least for me) all the stronger because I can understand her act. It's not just a "fuck" as a result, it's embedded in something bigger. A family that interacts and "knows" each other. Is there anything more boring than porn movies in which the blonde knocks on the neighbor's door because her shower is broken? And why is the ensuing fuck so boring? Because it is completely irrelevant to those involved. They interact with each other without any emotion. However, if the figures have an emotional (family, loving) closeness to one another, which the viewer feels, the experience also becomes more intense for him.
