I think in Iron Fist S2 they do say that Luke is charge of Uptown New York and Danny of Downtown New York (or vice versa)

ahh i still haven't finished jessica jones; i eventually need to go back to it so i can watch trish's evolution 😭 i loved her character in season 1 so much!!
