It is noticeable that Cloud are at the bottom of the pecking order since she do not get to present herself despite the fact that she is the very person, rank wise, closest to Alex. It could also mean that she have a shy personality. During my mandatory tour of duty in the military one of our two lieutenants at our company was like that. In effect he didn't command anything, he just acted as a glorified secretary for the major. Nice guy thou.

Cloud is still wearing her regular uniform, whereas what Reed is wearing right now is just the "underwear" of her combat armor. Reed's normal uniform is the standard Soroin armor.

Ok maybe I'm over thinking this ,but these ladies are part of a race that are telepathic and touch hightens this ability. So touch is not a casual thing. And since they can't sense our boy here they do feel him physically. And based off Spirals reaction she seems to really liked it. It's clear she told everyone about how it feels, and since no one else can feel him either, telepathically. I bet they are eager to get the experience too. Which leads me to my question. Is this going to evolve in to some blue elf touch orgy? Cause I'm not complaining I co-sign this whole heartedly but I think our resident diplomat may have some nays to say. But will she?

It could also be an innocent looking cover of fun cultural understanding while also at the same time being a cold, calculating way to have everyone touch his hand as a control while trying for any psionic readings. She just touched his hand and got no response, if she's as relentlessly driven as I assume a motivated Tosset is, her mind will want more and continuous data on any topic of interest until all conclusions have been expended. Which of course will lead us to Beryl encouraging Fireblade to shake hands, which is interesting if Fireblade declines (leading to curiosity about why) or shakes his hand and reacts as seems inevitable (leading to curiosity about why).
